HOW DO I PROCEED TO BOOK MY TRIP?

Select Package:
After choosing the Arrival and Return Dates, select the number of
persons and then click on the desired package or hotel to get more
information on the trip and to calculate your price. |

Calculate Price:
Complete your booking information by selecting your preferred
accommodation along with the number of rooms. Depending on the package,
you can then choose from the proposed options, and then complete the
pick-up information in case you need transfer assistance. Finally,
choose to calculate your price. |

Book:
After you agree on the price and the booking conditions, you will have
to Sign-In in order to send your booking request. You will receive a
unique booking number and a confirmation e-mail will be sent. |
AND WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?
After requesting your booking in Step 3, one of these two cases will occur:
- If our reservations system finds immediate availability, you will be
redirected to our payment page in order to finalize the booking. Your booking
status will first be set to "Awaiting Full Payment" and few hours later
to "Print Voucher" once payment is processed.
- If the requested accommodation or services need verification from our side,
our travel assistant will get back to you within few hours to confirm
availability or suggest alternatives. At this stage your booking status will be
"Checking Availability". When availability is confirmed, you will be
informed by email and your status will be set to "Awaiting Full Payment".
You will have 24 hours during which you need to Sign-In and submit your payment
details.
WHAT DOES THE VOUCHER MEAN?
In either of the above mentioned cases, and once all payment(s) are settled,
your final booking status will be set to "Print Voucher". This voucher acts as a
final proof of booking and must be kept with you during your stay. There is not
need at all to show it to the hotel or other suppliers of your trip since your
names and all requested services will be communicated to them from our
reservations department.
WHY DO I NEED TO REGISTER AS A MEMBER?
In order to make bookings on the site and to speed up the process for future
bookings, you have to
register first as a member and create your own profile. After sending a booking request, you can Sign-In at any time to your Account to:
- Check the Status of your booking
- Make necessary payments and print your Receipt Voucher
- Cancel your booking if needed
- Subscribe to our free newsletter and receive the latest updates and hot deals

WHAT IF I BOOK MY TRIP AND THEN NEED TO CANCEL IT?
You can choose to cancel your booking after Signing-In to My Account and
clicking on the "cancel booking" link. Each package, hotel or service has its own cancellation policy which will be shown during the booking process. You cannot finalize your booking unless you
explicitly accept the full Conditions of Booking.
